Lead routing
How the CRM decides which triager gets each lead.
Every lead that comes in and isn't disqualified is assigned to a triager in the same instant, in two steps: first its tier, then the person.
There are two tiers. By default a revenue threshold separates them: below it, tier 1; at or above it, tier 2. Change the threshold in Settings → Lead routing (€5,000 by default).
With triage rules you set revenue ranges and which tier each goes to; if several rules match, the one with the highest minimum wins.
Within the tier, the triager with the fewest assignments in that tier over the last 30 days wins, relative to their weight:
score = (assignments in 30 days + 1) / weight
- With weights 2 and 1, the first gets twice as many leads.
- Weight 0, or no weight in the tier's rules: gets no leads from that tier.
- With no rules for the tier, every active triager weighs 1.
- On a tie, the first in the team (
triager_1beforetriager_2).
- If two leads arrive at once, they're assigned one by one: nobody gets two by mistake.
- If there are no triagers for the tier, the lead stays unassigned.
- In the Triage screen you can correct an assignment by hand.
