Booking routing
How the closer for each booking is chosen when several can take it.
Without rules, a calendar's bookings go to its closer. With routing rules on the calendar, you set which closers take each revenue range and with what weight.
- The rule whose range contains the lead's revenue applies (if several match, the one with the highest minimum).
- Routing is rotating and weighted: in every cycle each closer gets exactly their weight, interleaved, with no streaks of the same closer.
- Only active closers count, with weekly hours and, if Google Calendar is connected, a working connection.
