Privacy policy

Controller

The controller for account data is Closeford LLC. For the data each customer enters in their workspace (for example, their leads), the customer is the controller and we act as processor.

Data we process

Account data: name, email, profile photo and sign-in method.

Workspace data: the information your team records in the CRM.

Technical data required for the security of the service, such as the IP address used to limit abusive requests.

Why we use it

To provide the service, keep accounts secure, handle support requests and tell you about relevant changes. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and the application's hosting provider. If you connect integrations such as Google Calendar or Slack, the data they need to work is shared with them.

Retention

We keep data while the account is active. When an account or workspace is deleted, its data is erased, except where we must keep it by law.

Security

We apply measures such as isolating each workspace in the database, encrypting connections and storing keys as hashes. More details on the security page.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@closeford.com. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
