1. New sign-in and service status

This release is about trust: how each person on your team signs in, how you know the service is working and how we protect the site. We redesigned sign-in end to end, published a standalone status page and strengthened the website's security.

    Faster, more secure sign-in

The sign-in screen offers three ways in: Google, email or your company's SSO. It remembers the last method you used and notes it under that button, so your team signs in without thinking. The links we email no longer depend on the browser they were requested from: request one on your computer and open it on your phone. We removed passwordless magic-link sign-in, as it didn't offer the guarantees a CRM holding customer data requires.

    Service status, in public

status.closeford.com shows the live status of the app, the database and sign-in. It includes uptime over the last 90 days, response times and incident history, and re-checks on its own while you keep it open. The website footer links to it with an indicator that changes colour if something fails.

    Site security

We updated the framework to close a published vulnerability and added a Content Security Policy, which limits which scripts and resources each page can load. It's an extra layer of protection against code injection, with no visible change for your team.

    • StatusA status page at status.closeford.com, with uptime over the last 90 days, response times and incidents.
    • Sign-inThe last sign-in method is remembered and shown on the sign-in screen.

  2. Every workspace, at its own address

The app is now organised by workspace right in the browser's address bar. Every link identifies the workspace and section unambiguously, and can be shared with the rest of the team.

    Addresses you can share

Every screen now lives at closeford.com/<workspace>/<section>, with English section names. Send a teammate the link to a lead or a view and it opens in exactly the same place. The root address opens the last workspace you used, so getting in stays instant.

    No broken links

Previous links and bookmarks keep working: they redirect to the matching section of the workspace. There's nothing to update in your internal documents or your team's shortcuts.

    • AppEvery workspace and section has its own address: closeford.com/<workspace>/<section>.
    • AppThe root address opens the last workspace used.
    • AppSettings uses the gear icon in the sidebar.
    • AppHeader and sidebar dropdowns always sit above the content; a more compact search and profile.
    • WebHeader and navigation buttons share one more compact height across the site, and a slightly wider layout.
    • WebSlightly more restrained site copy and slower, smoother transitions.
    • DocsMore compact header buttons, Open app in grey and product shots on a gradient background.
    • AppPrevious links and bookmarks redirect to the matching section of the workspace.
  3. English addresses

English becomes the product's official language, and the site's addresses reflect it. We used the change to reorganise contact and unify the design of shared sections.

    A site with stable addresses

Pages move to /pricing, /features, /news, /contact, /docs, /product/… and English legal pages. Previous addresses redirect permanently, so links already in circulation keep working and search engines carry their ranking over to the new ones.

    Clearer contact

The contact page separates sales and support into two cards, with the other channels below. Each has its own page with a dedicated form, so your enquiry reaches the right person from the start.

    • ContactDedicated pages to contact sales and support, each with its own form.
    • WebWhen signed in, the navigation shows Docs and Open app instead of Log in and Sign up.
    • WebSite addresses move to English; the previous ones redirect permanently.
    • WebWhen signed in, the homepage stays available at /homepage and the root address opens the app.
    • ContactRedesigned contact page: sales and support in two cards, with the other channels below.
    • WebFAQs share one design; the general ones move to the homepage.
    • WebSection titles share the same size and style on every page.
    • BrandLogo adjusted to the new typeface: the mark matches the cap height and baseline.
    • ContactForm labels no longer react like buttons.
  4. Documentation

We published Closeford's documentation in its own space. It brings together how to set up and use every part of the product, with search and navigation designed for day-to-day reference.

    The whole product, explained

More than twenty pages organised by area: getting started, leads, triage, follow-up and scheduling, team and performance, integrations, and account and security. Each page has its own table of contents and links to the previous and next, so you can read it end to end or jump straight to what you need.

    Built for finding answers

Search opens from the magnifier or with ⌘K and covers the whole documentation. Every page can be copied as Markdown to use with an AI assistant, or opened as plain text at /docs/<page>.md.

    • DocsDocumentation with a sidebar by section, a table of contents per page and links to the previous and next.
    • DocsSearch in its own window, from the magnifier or with ⌘K, and breadcrumbs in the top bar.
    • DocsCopy any page as Markdown, and a plain-text version at /docs/<page>.md.
    • DocsImages zoom on click and close with another click, Escape or scrolling.
    • DocsGuides move from News to the documentation; their previous links redirect to the matching page.
    • DocsEach page enters with a smooth transition and sidebar sections expand with an animation.
    • WebThe dark theme becomes a neutral dark grey, with more restrained secondary text.
    • WebNews is for announcements and articles, and the changelog for each release's changes.
  5. Expanded product pages

Product pages are no longer a list of features. Each area can be tried through a demo that applies the same rules as the CRM, so you understand how it works before creating an account.

    Demos with the real rules

Intake, Scheduling, Performance and Integrations each include an interactive demo: revenue-based triage, time-zone bookings, follow-up timers, sales attribution and webhook signing behave just as they do in the product.

A design of its own for each area

The lead's journey and sources in Intake; a booking page and a closer's week in Scheduling; a metrics panel and the mobile EOD in Performance; and a directory with the retry schedule in Integrations. Each area adds its own FAQs and related guides.

    • ProductAn interactive demo on every product page, with the CRM's rules.
    • ProductFAQs and related guides for each area.
    • ProductA dedicated design for Intake, Scheduling, Performance and Integrations.
    • WebProduct views in cleaner frames, with no grid, glow or shadows.
    • WebA slightly taller navigation and a slightly larger logo in the navigation and footer.

    • The CRM can be installed as an app on macOS, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android, with its own window and icon.
    • New Download page, with the installation steps for each device.
    • The Product and Resources menus only feature the latest news when it relates to them.
    • The logo now uses the FK Grotesk typeface; the rest of the product keeps Open Sauce Two.
    • Tactile feedback on everything you can press: buttons, links, tabs and switches shrink slightly while pressed.
    • Cleaner news covers and stronger contrast between title and description on the sign-in, account and error screens, which now share one design.

    • A more restrained News design: more spacing, and covers with a slight tilt that straighten on hover.
    • Navigation bar links are highlighted with a soft background on hover.
    • Pressing Enter on the login form now signs you in; password recovery moves to its own step.
    • A more compact dashboard aligned with the website: smaller buttons, fields, sidebar and headings.
    • The new lead form is centred and checkboxes match the rest of the controls.
    • The sidebar keeps Support & FAQs, Integrations and Settings pinned at the bottom; when collapsed it shows the brand symbol at a smaller size.
    • A new Settings page organised in sections and rows, with compact controls and one shared shape for buttons, fields and selects across the dashboard.
    • The login screen brings back customer testimonials on the right, rotating automatically, with a cleaner form and the Continue with Google option always visible.
    • Pricing: switching between monthly and yearly billing slides the selector, morphs the amounts and billing period with a soft blur and shows the yearly saving.
    • One shared, smoother easing curve across all transitions on the website and the dashboard.
    • After signing in, the dashboard appears with an entrance transition that settles from a slightly enlarged view to its normal size; it only plays at that moment.
