What Closeford is
The parts of the CRM and how they fit a high-ticket sales team's day.
Closeford is a CRM for teams that sell high-ticket services over the phone. Leads come in from your site or by hand, are routed to triagers automatically, the call is booked with the right closer and the sale is logged with whoever brought it in.
It works without any integration connected: integrations only add automation.
| Concept | What it is |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Your company in the CRM. Each workspace is separate: nobody sees another's data. |
| User | Whoever signs in to the CRM, as admin or member. |
| Team | Whoever works the leads: setters, triagers and closers. They don't need a user; they report with their EOD link. |
| Triager | Screens and qualifies the leads in their tier and gets them to a call. |
| Closer | Takes the calls and closes the sales. |
| Tier | A group of leads by revenue. There are two: below and above your threshold. |
| EOD | Each team member's end-of-day report. |
- 1It comes in through the API, a booking page or manual entry.
- 2If it doesn't fit, it's marked as disqualified and not routed.
- 3If it fits, it lands in its tier and is assigned to a triager.
- 4The triager calls; follow-up schedules every attempt.
- 5The lead books a call, which goes to the right closer.
- 6The sale is logged and its amount attributed to closer, triager and source.
