Initial setup
From an empty workspace to receiving leads and bookings, in six steps.
After creating your workspace you'll see Getting started in the menu, which ticks off what's already done. An admin does it; optional steps can be skipped.
In Settings → Team add your triagers and closers, and setters if you have them. Each gets an ID (triager_1, closer_1…) and a personal EOD link: share it only with that person.
In Settings → Calendars create a calendar with its closer, call length and buffer, and set each closer's weekly hours. Then add a booking source: it gives you the public /book/… link to share with leads.
In Settings → Integrations paste the Google credentials and ask each closer to connect their account. Without it, bookings work just the same. See Google Calendar.
In Settings → Lead routing choose the threshold between tiers (€5,000 by default) and, if you like, different weights per triager. In Workspace you can disqualify by minimum revenue or business type. See Lead routing.
In Integrations generate the intake API key and use it in your form, Zapier or Make. That's also where you turn on webhooks, Slack and spreadsheet links.
In Settings → Users invite by email whoever should sign in to the CRM. See Users and roles.
