Terms of service

Scope

These terms govern the use of Closeford, a CRM for sales teams provided by Closeford LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Accounts and workspaces

Everyone signs in with their own account. Whoever creates a workspace is its administrator and is responsible for the people they invite and the permissions they grant.

You must keep your credentials secret and tell us about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, to send unsolicited communications, to infringe third-party rights, or to try to access other workspaces' data or circumvent security measures.

Your data

The data you enter in your workspace (leads, sales, bookings and so on) is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time.

Plans and payments

Each plan's conditions are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew by period and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; relevant changes are announced in the changelog.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
