Introducing Closeford
Who we are, why Closeford exists and how we’ll work: the starting point of a global CRM.
TL;DR
- Closeford builds software for high-ticket sales teams.
- Our mission: a tool made for how they really sell.
- We start global, multilingual and working in the open.
Today we open Closeford. Before talking about features, we want to share who we are, why we exist and how we’re going to work. The rest — how the product works, what each part includes — will have articles of its own.
Who we are
Closeford is a young company, founded by Alejandro Tejedor, that builds software for high-ticket sales teams. We’re not here to add another generic tool to the market: we work closely with the people who use it every day — owners, sales managers, setters, triagers and closers — and we build from what we see in their teams.
Why we exist
Selling a high-ticket service is nothing like selling subscription software or running a shop. There are several people behind every sale, calls booked within minutes and decisions that depend on each lead’s revenue. Yet the tools available were either CRMs designed for another kind of sale, or a patchwork of spreadsheets, messages and shared calendars.
Our mission: every high-ticket sales team working with a tool made for how it really sells.
For teams all over the world
High-ticket sales teams are everywhere, and not all of them work in English. Closeford starts global: English is its original language and the product appears in each person’s language, starting with English and Spanish. One team can have every member working in their own language.
How we’ll work
- In the open. Every change goes into the changelog and the service status is visible to anyone.
- With the community. The questions and requests of the teams using Closeford decide what we build next.
- No shortcuts with your data. Every workspace is private and your data can always be exported.
