An EOD the team actually fills in
How to get reliable daily data without chasing anyone.
An end-of-day report only works if it's filled in every day. For that it has to be short, easy and useful to whoever sends it.
- Few fields. Only what you'll look at.
- From the phone. No signing in or opening a laptop.
- With something back. Everyone sees where they stand in the ranking.
In Closeford, everyone has a private EOD link and a form for their role, and the data feeds the leaderboards. See Team and EOD.
